Email us at support@cognitales.com . To help us help you faster, please include your device model, your iOS version, and a short description of what you were doing when the issue happened.
Common Topics
- Account & sign-in. Poeia uses Sign in with Apple. If you’re having trouble signing in, make sure you’re signed into your Apple ID in iOS Settings, then relaunch the app.
- Subscriptions & billing. Poeia Premium is billed by Apple through your App Store account. You can view, change, or cancel a subscription anytime in iOS Settings under your name → Subscriptions. To restore a previous purchase on a new device, open Poeia’s Settings and tap Restore Purchases.
- Your poems & words. Your creative work is stored on your device, not on our servers. Deleting the app removes that on-device content, so back up anything you want to keep before uninstalling.
- Deleting your account. You can delete your account and associated data directly in the app under Settings → Account, or read more on the account deletion page .
